Help me remember the title of this animated sci-fi series...

With the announcement of Blizzard's Overwatch, and their gorilla character Winston, I was reminded of an old sci-fi animated series. The series had a mostly human cast, but one character was a bio-mechanical gorilla if I remember right. The series was late 80s or early 90s. I can't remember if it was Japanese or not, though I don't think it was as old-school anime as Voltron or other contemporaries. There was a line of toys to accompany this as well, and I remember the gorilla being especially tough to find. I want to say that "force" was part of the title, but I'm not sure. All my google-fu has failed me...

Bionic Six? F.L.U.F.F.I. is the robot gorilla.

It has to be that. They said "Bionics ON!" when activating their powers, which is probably why you think "Force!" as being part of the series.
