What kind of cab is this?

Someone is selling this locally, an all metal Namco cab. Never seen something like this before.
for 400$ no screen... Is it worth it? Screen socket looks small too.

Looks like a horribly modified Net City Upright.

$400 with no monitor? I'd pass.

This looks awful for a modified Net City, looks like someone hacked off a MvC2 CP with it's base and glue it onto the base section of the cab.

It does look pretty shitty I admit...

I keep looking for a cab on the side as I hope to have one one day.
I would like a Japanese candy cab but I fear the price needed to get one in Canada.

This is the closest thing I have ever seen to a sit-down cab local.
