I was always skeptical that the real Nietzsche ever advocated a position including never having a constructive dialogue and extolling the virtues of calling people "faggothead retards." (Even from his time here, I don't really recall Icy using language that bad; maybe his terrible impersonators? Maybe his standards have slipped?)

I think that "preaching to the choir" thread was when icy realized he could get attention by acting like a dick that he was never capable of through his writing and ideas.

In other words icy only liked arcade/2d games because he thought he would look cool for liking them.
When he realised he did not have the required skill and no one cared about his writing on the subject he went back to call of duty and crying like a little baby.
i played the shit out of gta v (200 hrs plus) but to call that game a "masterpiece" is ludicrous.
i have talked a lot about it's gameplay mechanic problems with my friend keizer and between both of us
we could easily write a 10 page plus document on it's gameplay flaws..I honestly think the people at rockstar have never played games properly because there is no way a gamer would have let all those design flaws be included in a game.simple basic common sense shit about mechanics and they get it wrong while at the same time adding so many small (and cool) little details that are not as important.

This design document reads like a four year old wrote it. I'm guessing he's never tried to make a game before. I think its highly amusing that Tim Rogers, someone he shat all over, has been pumping out decent games for a couple of years now.

The way he lords his "knowledge" of philosophy above other people and just dumps reams of quotations in his own writing is very sad.

Out of interest, did he ever post a 1cc list? I'd love to know which games he's cleared.
