Name the WORST shmup of all time

We have a top 25, but lets get a bottom 25 list going to inform the community what to avoid or be cautious of wasting money on.

This thread was inspired by what I consider the worst game I've ever seen on xbox 360:
MACE. - yeah its a euroshmups for a dollar, not worth that dollar though.

I'm sure there are worse, there all a lot of ios and android games I don't have access to try so I welcome lists of those as well. Oh, and please lets limit the amount of times we mention a game; for example, if someone mentions SineMora, the next poster doesn't need to agree unless they really think that it is the worst shmup of all time. If such a case arises, list the second worst.
