Cell phone game that came out a few years ago. I saw a guy playing it on the train once.

You can't. You'd have to have an old Japanese cell-phone connected to DoCoMo.
There are some people that have been trying to "hack" a playable version (I wont name any names - perhaps they can chime in?), but it's been hard to find someone that fulfills the three requirements of A) people that use docomo service B) Cellphone still active from circa ~2008 C) Someone that actually bought it when it was available.

I found a gameplay video of the cellphone game SWITCH (registration at nicovideo/nico nico douga required): http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm5499586

This game's website is still up through.

Then on early 2010, the game's follow-up, TACTIC SWITCH (also exclusive to the same phones SWITCH released on) was released.
I express my apologies for posting a bunch of mobile shmup threads in this forum in recent months, because some members perceive them as "spam." I have to redeem myself.
