I have been competing with a friend in Soukyugurentai/Terra Diver.
I am playing the game from the original ST-V system and cartridge, he is playing it on Saturn.
We are quite close in high-scores BUT we don't know whether we are playing the same difficulty.
My ST-V board is from Europe, hence it plays as Terra Diver. The default difficulty setting on this is 4 ( Normal ), and is what I have been playing on.
The Saturn version also defaults to difficulty 4 and is what he has been playing on – BUT – I read here and there that difficulty 5 on the Saturn match arcade difficulty. Are the difficulty levels equal on Saturn and ST-V, and would that mean that the EU ST-V defaults to a lower difficulty than the JAP ST-V? Or are there actually differences in the difficulty levels on the two systems?
