Yeah this is a topic that has come up w/ me in many cricles. Also, some EMTs are on trial for manslaughter as they sedated a man with ketamine and had grossly overestimated his weight. Basically they injected a fucking half gram in one go, thinking he was 200 pounds. He weighed 135 I think. But yeah, half gram? That seems fucking excessive.

Obviously anything you can OD on but I've seen people absolutely cane a mountain of that shit and... well not walk away from it, but definitely come back to reality at some point.

Ugh, private airplanes count in that, too. Expected rate of dying is once every 500,000 hours - at a 100 hours per year over twenty years.... how easily 1 in 5000 grows into 1 in ~250. Pretty much only helicopters, those suicidal death blenders, are more dangerous. Pools are child's play in comparison to either. (Just don't let yourself ever get so badly blasted you have no idea where you are and they're mostly safe. Probably!)
