Happmart.com... not sure if I should order from them

Has any of youse ordered anything from happmart.com recently? I'm not so sure if I should trust them; I was planning to buy two things from them (both bootleg articles for those that care, the CPS2 18 in 1 thingy and a Neo Geo multicart) but when I sent them an email they stated (several times in two consecutive emails) that they only had the NG multicart in stock. When I more or less told them that I would only order the two together they immediately replied and said that they now had the 18 in 1 as well (without giving any additional info like "we checked our warehouse for you and it turns out we still have one lying around!"), which is strange because production of these boards has stopped some time ago and no other merchant has them anymore.

I don't know, I mean the 18 in 1s are known to often be faulty so it would be a gamble ordering one anyway, but these guys do not exactly sound trustworthy. I've heard mixed things about them, some good, some bad, so I was wondering if any of you have ordered anything from them recently. Cheers.
