Any adaptor that can do Saturn analogue pad to PC?

With the PC version of Nights still MIA but hotly anticipated, I wondered if anyone on here knew if any of the various Saturn to PC adaptors supported the analogue pad? I know Nights isn't exactly a shmup but this is the most knowledgeable forum I frequent regarding such things.
