Good grief (Blaze Megadrive)

I just got one of these today thinking it was a snag. Bloody hell. The sound is way off with Sonic/Knuckles and it runs slower. Furthermore, that region switch isn't even there even though the damn manual specifies it as having it.

Anyone else had one of these? What do you think?

IIRC, these are actually ARM chips running an emulator.

Damn. Explains how the actual device is so small and dirt cheap compared to getting an MD from a collector's store. :P

Well gave this to my uncle for his birthday, despite missing the region dipswitch and a bit of confusion of why the cartridges wouldn't play (needed more cleaning, and to run cartridges was literally the same as a real MD duhhhhh) it seems to work fine.

As for the sound, his only words on it was "sounds good!", so I guess I'll find out tomorrow how it actually sounds to my pedantic ears.
