First time playing the PS4 version and it's good, but it does stutter quite a bit, unfortunately. Looks like the PS4/Switch versions don't have separate leaderboards for the Japan/USA/Europe ROMs, which can be selected in the menu, so it's possible that they are identical.

I'll probably get the clear on this eventually.

Edit: I got a no miss, but I also used the warp, so I won't post a clear score until I clear the game without using it, which probably won't take too long, I think/hope.

I kind of like the 2P version because some of the checkpoints in 1P are extremely difficult to recover from. I failed to get the clear this time due to a stupid move halfway through the final stage, but I'll probably be able do it next time.

Got stuck on stage 4 boss after picking up a 10UP, so I ended up picking up 26 Pipirus on that stage, which gave me a huge amount of points. You could intentionally milk this if you wanted to, but fighting the stage 4 boss without speed is miserable.
