Any arcades or vieo game stores in Brussels?

Post by ChurchOfSolipsism »

Pretty much what it says in the title... I'll be spending a couple of days in Brussels next week and I wouldn't mind hanging out at an arcade. Or buy some games.

I'd be grateful for any other tips on what to do in Brussels. I also love Jazz and noise music so venue recommendations would be welcome as well. Cheers.

I've been living in Brussels for the past year and the whole Country is devoid of arcades. Except for one generic thrill ride arcade in one of the seaside towns. Nothing in Brussels.
Belgium sems to be The Land That Time Forgot. No KFC, no Burger King, no Starbucks (except for the one inside the airport). The big chains just bother to be there
There is however a Jazz radio station near where I live in the ghetto end of Chaussee de Louvain. There are gigs but I don't know where.
Places to visit in Brussels - the newly reopened Dinosuar Museum on Chaussee de Wavre is very good - Station  Schuman. The Atomium is a waste of money - nothing inside it, but mini Europe next to it is good - Heizel Station.
The Grand Place in the centre  De Broukere Satation, might be worth a look.
