Getting my light to come on in an Astro City cab.
Hey everyone, just wanted to post up an issue I have with my cab and get some suggestions. The problem is that the light inside my Astro City cab will not turn on on it's own. I always have to pop off the back cover, and if I just touch the metal bar and hold it in slightly, the light will come on. I know this is definitely a loose connection somewhere, but I'm unfamiliar with how the lights are wired in, so I don't know if there's anywhere specific I should check. Thanks!

I had light issues on mine but a starter sorted it.

I already replaced the starter bulb, so that shouldn't be an issue.

The bulb is just clamped I think. Just take the bulb out and see if anything has leverage on it. If worst comes to worst just prop a peg, pen or something up against what your touching to get it working.

mine does the same thing, I think it's related to my replacement bulb I think it's too small (US replacement) I actually have to squeeze the ends together then it pop's on, so basically as long as I dont touch it or play rough it will stay on. Kinda of a pain.
