Red wire is +5V and Yellow is +12 Volt:

Molex 4-pin Peripheral Power Connector Pinout (ATX v2.2)
Pinout Table for Molex 4-pin Power Connectors
Pin Name Color Description
1 +12VDC Yellow +12 VDC
2 COM Black Ground
3 COM Black Ground
4 +5VDC Red +5 VDC

I hope this helps. Also, thanks for asking this, I've added comments explaining it on my website article as well.

Thanks emphatic!! :) Curious, what specifically does "Output Delay Scan Lines" (dip 2) do? I know the manual says it'll resolve tearing issues, haven't noticed a difference on either On/Off @ 15khz.

Yay, it works! Wired up a gp2040 (NAND UsbdSecPatch) enables xinput on rgh 360's. :)
