I'm dumb - help me get Kagirinaki Tatakai to go on an X1 emu

Post by Drum »

I did my best to follow the instructions/download the files but nothing doing. :(

http://www.hardcoregaming101.net/kagiri/kagiri.htm

It's a sort of a proto-Bangaio.

Any pros want to hold my hand and get this puppy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JnDiAQMtOlQ going? Thankyou!

?
Shouldn't pose a problem to run that game, really. What emulator are you using?
I recommend to download Xmillenium, you should just be able to run the tape image from its CMT menu. I remember playing that game on it a while ago, so I'm pretty sure that emu runs it without any problems.

Ok, I'm sorted now - the system rom files linked from hcg101 were corrupt. Some quick googling fixed that.
Game loads up fine, but it doesn't register keystrokes from the numpad or the direction keys (registers space bar, x and z just fine).
Did you use a pad or is there some other solution? The guy who wrote the article recommends against using j2key, says it laggy.

EDIT: Ignore me, I had numlock on :(
