Has Dangun Feveron and Ikaruga ever received official OSTs ?

Post by Dragon God »

Hi everyone,

in my hunt/search for interesting shmup soundtracks, I've always been wondering if Dangun Feveron and Ikaruga ever received official soundtrack releases ?

If they do exist, what leads could you guys give me so I can get them without the Yahoo Japan Auction/eBay hassle ?

Thanks everyone !

I know I once saw a Feveron OST on eBay some time ago...IIRC it went for quite a bit of cash. I'm not positive on Ikaruga, but I wouldn't doubt that it has an OST.

Hmm, that's interesting, as RSG had one.

GMR has nothing on Ikaruga tho.. neither does Chudah's Corner =/

Edit: Aw, darn. Too bad about Ikaruga, the music is awesome.

I've seen a fan-made Ikaruga CD, but never an official one.
don't think its an OST, though.

Feveron seems to be the most expensive Cave soundtrack for some reason

I really don't know where else you could get this CD other than from Japan.
perhaps you could ask anyone willing who resides there to help you out.

Be careful Dragon God... I don't know what sort of collector you are, but that's a "Sample" CD. You can see the red sticker on the back of the obi, it basically says "Sample goods" (also the auction description says it's a "sampuru"). They usually have one sticker on the obi, and I think on the booklet and CD as well. I don't know how removable they are (I've never bought one, because I prefer to buy non-sample cd's). Just thought I'd give you a heads up incase that would bother you at all. I'm still annoyed I passed up on the last couple that went on sale on ebay. :( On the bright side, the sample cd's seem to go for less than the regular ones, and a sealed copy is quite a find :P

I have one "Sample" CD here, it's Dangerous Curves by Scitron/Taito/Zuntata, it's the exact same thing as the commercial OST.
I expect this "Sample" copy of Dangun Feveron is the same. A lot of those "Sample" Discs are auctionned by champ_des_pins on eBay, he mentions they all have the exact same content as the commercial releases.
