games similar to wolf fang??

are there any, i have memories of playing something similar in an arcade when i was young, only movement wasent restricted to the ground (hence it was a horisontal shmup).. any guesses??

but its not exactly the same.

no its none of those, i do remember it had the same feature as inwolf fang that when you got shot your ship was destroyed and after 1 or two hits there was only your little guy left with a peashooter.. powerups came as shipparts that built onto your ship..

on a sidenote, atomic robo kid looks ace, anyone play it? expensive?
