The Japanese Retail version of this game is region locked to NTSC J consoles. It will not run on NTSC U or PAL 360s.
Players owning an NTSC U or J console and a US, Canadian, or Mexican gamertag can download the game from Xbox LIVE's Games on Demand service (US, Canada, Mexico). The Games on Demand version is confirmed working on both NTSC U and J consoles and does not appear to be IP-blocked. There have been no confirmed successful purchases using PAL 360s.

- X: 16:9 with six characters, selectable difficulties, and two extra stages
- Arcade: The original 4:3 arcade mode
- Arrange: Bullet-cancelling fun
- Familiar Race: A mini-game featuring the main characters' familiars (options)
