While I've yet to own a 360 or PS3, Ive badly wanted to get the recent Hori sticks that came out. I want to use them with MAME and other emulators.

I was always curious about Semitsu based controls, though i never used them before. IIRC, they have more restricted movement which is said to be good for shmups

this one intrested me because of the full Sanwa setup.
which ones do you suggest? I plan on playing fighters and shmups with these. are these sticks ABSOLUTELY pc compatible?

Also can anyone help me find this controller? I've been searching high and low for a (reasonably priced) Hori PS2 stick. I wanted this one in particular, as it's already loaded with Sanwa parts, as opposed to the other PS2 Hori sticks with their stock parts.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just got an HRAP 3-SA for christmas and it is very awesome. I would say, go for sanwa if that is what you are used to.
I use it on my linux computer for MAME without issue. It apparantly is plug-and-play for windows as well. I say go for it! Only 90$ on amazon right now too!
