Cross Battle Adapter Plus for PS3 - anyone tested it?

I found this adapter to use XBox 360 controllers on the PS3:

Has anyone tested it? I'm interested in buying one but I fear it will have lag like the XFPS adapter for the XBox 360.

As great as it would be if any of XCM's converters were lagless, unfortunately, this one isn't. It's okay if you're wanting to use this for genres like first-person shooters or racing games, but I'd never trust this converter for anything that requires precise input like any fighting game, rhythm game, or SHMUP.
