First, some background:
My current setup consists of a Sigma Raijin, Saturn, PS2, 360, etc etc etc connected via RGB to a XRGB2+. I also have a Vdigi component to vga transcoder for Wii and a DC vga box. I only have one display - 17" NEC XM77F CRT. It is a great display, but I have been in need of something larger. In the past I have considered NEC XM29, but hard to find and ship, and now I have the XRGB. Lately I have been shopping locally for perhaps a widescreen tv that will get me close to 29" diagonal view area when in 4:3 mode - 32" seems to be about the right size. I'm not too keen on this idea yet, although it would be nice and simple since I connect everything via vga...I just could care less about the tv tuner and such.
So I started thinking about an arcade monitor, since that will give me the screen size and aspect ratio I need. I came across this Sanwa 29PF31:

Is it as simple as wiring a power cord and vga connector and plugging everything in (as well as some sort of frame to mount it)? I figure since this is 31khz only, it would be nice and convenient with my setup. How would picture quality of 240P content via the XRGB through this compare to other displays, and or actually running a low res monitor (negating the XRGB).
Sorry for the noob questions, but any and all comments/suggestions/reading/etc is greatly appreciated. Are there any threads or sites dedicated to setting up a monitor out of a cab?
