You'd just buy a horizontal oriented LCD TV monitor and buy an optional rotational stand for it and presto, you've got a vertical oriented LCD TV to call your very own. Of course, there are some LCD computer monitors that have built-in rotational capabilities from the get-go. You might want to consider this latter option as well. ^_~

Try to buy an LCD TV or PC LCD monitor with 2ms (milliseconds) refresh rate or less lag time for your arcade game and console gaming needs, your eyes will thank you for doing so. Also look into getting an XRGB-2/XRGB-2+/XRGB-3 upscan convertor to properly display them games on an LCD TV or PC monitor. The XRGB-2 variant has the cool fake scanlines option that displays the scanlines for that complete low-res RGB screen aestethics. The hard-core shmuppers already have an XRGB in their arsenal for the big heavy duty gaming sessions. ^_~
