For sourdiesel,
NCSx has an excellent customer service program in place. If you do e-mail them, they'll politely respond back with any helpful info regarding the import game products that they stock/sell (even for just a general question inquiring about an item - you are under no obligation to buy anything, of course). ^_~

NCS has a tonne of DS presells.. so don't be surprised you haven't gotten yours yet. They usually don't send shipping confirmations unless you're using the website to place orders (I've been ordering from them for like, ever, so I just e-mail orders).
LE's are a bit trickier since they need to re-confirm with everyone before they charge and ship, as they had to raise the price to fill all the orders.
As others said, you should probably e-mail or call them and ask! They usually reply right away if they're open...

I got my limited edition of DS today from them. I preordered as soon as they had it up on their website for preorder. I had express shipping also though.
Damn Tim, you know there are quite a few Americans out there who still lives in tents due to this shitty economy, and you're dropping loads on a single game which only last 20 min. Do you think it's fair? How much did you spend this time?
