Who's the don at making SCART adapters?

I'm looking for someone to either tell me where to get one or make one for me. I just bought some parts, solder and all the stuff needed but I can't seem to get the hang of soldering such small parts.

Edit : This is for XRGB 21 to Euro scart.

Small? scart is big and clunky. A moose could do the soldering.
Oh, perhaps you are talking about some kind of special xrgb connector?
