Cave shmups in Toronto, Canada

Recently I visited Lovegety Station @ Commerce Gate, RH and saw DDPDOJ there. I wonder where else in the GTA I can find some Cave games? Haven't played any of those since my Hong Kong trip last year. Where I spent awful lots of hours on Mushi Futari. :D

Pacific Mall = Progear, Mushihimesama
jonny5's house = Mushihimesama Futari 1.5 (soon)

i will have ketsui in the next month or so....and no way in hell is it ever going to the arcade....

i think its risky to take the PCB's there cuz if anything were to happen to them while in their care they cannot afford to replace them.....profit sharing or not.....

plus anybody who is serious about these games is welcome to come to my house and play them on my cabs.....

personally i think cave games are wasted on casual arcade patrons

also SFKhoa doesnt have a cab or supergun so unless its at my house or the arcade he has no way of playing them

i miss my mushi....futari better hurry up :D

im in TO too. that mushi used to be mine, hehe. but thats the end o story as i brought i back from tokyo. i also picked up a new mushihime tama box as its the only game i can get my female roomie to play with me.

Any updates on SHMUP spots in TO? Heading in to hang out with a friend at the end month and looking for a good Arcade. I know Lovegety used to have some, but I haven't heard anything in a while.

Pretty sure Lovegety got rid of their DOJ. Quite sad.

Funland in downtown Toronto shut down (and all they ever had was busted-ass cabs anyway)

Basically it's still P-Mall and Jonny5's shmupmeets. :P

That's kind of what I was afraid of. Still planning to check out Lovegety for the BB: Continuum, but since P-Mall is just down the 407 I can give it a try. Any idea what they're packing these days? Or should i assume still Mushi and Progear?

I'm pretty sure they have Progear and Raiden DX, but you'll have to get clarification from Khoa. I haven't been there myself in years.

Raiden DX would be a nice change. Years since i've played it and never on a cab.

Progear is still in P-Mall. Not so sure about Raiden though.

Pmall will randomly cycle between Raiden DX and Brave Blade though.
If you really want a good shmup fix, you're most likely gonna have to visit jonny5's place. Otherwise, Lovegety is the only good arcade left.
