Could anybody enlighten me on the title's name and the system it's released for?

I see it’s by the same guys who created the Perfect Cherry Blossom and Imperishable Night series...
Based on the screen-shots & videos it looks excellent, on par with some Capcom & SNK titles...

By the way, yes I am in Europe and I accept your chalenge....
I'll have to "get" it 1st

Not exactly. It's more or less "licensed" from ZUN and made by Twilight Frontier, with some input from ZUN. Sometimes I wonder whether that input is good or bad...
