IIRC it's a digital comic-style game, completely unrelated to the Gen and SNES versions. It's not rare or anything. The poster is sweet, though. I always like seeing Japanese takes on Western stuff, like the X-men manga which had cool art. That little girl character in the illustration needs to die, however.
We here shall not rest until we have made a drawing-room of your shaft, and if you do not all finally go down to your doom in patent-leather shoes, then you shall not go at all.

Yeah, it's more like an interactive novel with some puzzles and text trees and stuff. Seems kind of interesting. Not a true RPG though, unfortunately.

The SNES version has better style and atmosphere, the Genny version has better nuts-and-bolts game mechanics and is truer to the Shadowrun setting and rules. Both are excellent games worth playing.
Got the snes cart in the mail last monday. Havent had time to play it yet, but I remember playing it on emulator back in 2002 so I decided to hunt it down
hmm, the snes version was the only version i played. i liked it, definitely fed my cyberpunk appetite at the time. i just got a genesis so i figure picking up the genesis version should be part of my plans.
