A Good Virtual Drive for XP?

Post by evil_ash_xero »

I have been having some big problems with Daemon Tools on my XP. So much that I had to reinstall the factory settings to fix it.

Is there another good Virtual Drive that works with XP and Magic Engine?

Alcohol 52% works for me :)

I got tired of the iSCSI service and other weird/buggy crap from Daemon Tools, so I switched.

I use daemon tools too, but not the newest version. the version 3.47 is still available for donwload, maybe it is better on your system.

Someone knows a good virtual drive software that can read iso+mp3?

alcohol 120 % works fine for me but i mostly use daemon tools and never had any problems with it. Other than that, POWERiso works just as fine for me but it's no freeware, unfortunately.

Another vote for Alcohol. I've been using it for roughly five years, after Daemon Tools started getting glitchy on me.
