Whats your highscore tag

Post by MovingTarget »

And what does it mean?

I use either IMA or PSI

IMA is a japanese word that means the present, I think anyway, can anyone confirm?! PSI is short for one of the names i write in graffiti, also short for psilocin, the active ingredient in mushrooms, and psi is a word associated with the mind. bleh Dunno what that means hehe

I cant decide on ima or psi, which do you think? :?

edit: maybe this should me moved to OT?

any games that uses 4 letters, I use "KHOA" ... otherwise, it's "KOA" for 3 letters.

I don't need to explain my name..it's self-explanatory enough.. ;o

I always use BEN

Anyone who can't figure out what that means doesn't deserve to know.
You're arguing for a universe with fewer waffles in it. I'm prepared to call that cowardice.

Yeah, it does.

I use ANT because I'm uncreative.

Most of the time I'll just use my initials, but if I have a bad run I'll sometimes use "ARG."

In games with limited high-score tables I'll sometimes use the initials to "organize" them a bit...for instance, on Kingdom Grand Prix, there's only one HS table for both "racing" and "shooting" modes. Thus, for my racing high scores I use my normal initials, but for shooting scores I put "SHU" so I know what mode it came from.

Must suck to have your initials reverted to "CAP" eh? o_x;

Anyways, mine is "SKL".

If I have a bad run (ex: losing a life on Stage 1 of Gigawing), I'll enter "WTF" for my low score.

Figures, they don't think to include tate mode, but no frowny faces for players who're having a bad day at the races? By the gods, never! :P

UKN - used to be RSA.

Maybe I'll switch to ASH because those are the three initial letters to my name.

Man, that's a great idea! I think I'll reset my high-score table now, just to do this.. honestly, great idea, thanx for that :D

When I was younger, I used RLS (My full name is Rafael Lima de Souza). Then me and my sister begun playing columns, and she also used RLS (Her name is Rebeca Lima de Souza). So I decided to change, and now I use RAF. She then changed and begun use BEK. Now neither me or her use RLS anymore, heh :D

I did something a bit like BulletMagnet too...

Before I changed to CGN, I used to go by KAZ, just because I thought it sounded cool, being a Japanese wannabe and whatnot.
Then I started to try some double plays in Ketsui, and if I placed in the high score using either player, I'd use the names KDL or KDR for left or right hand in a double play, or KLH / KRH for a single-handed single play.
Now that it's a 15 hour flight to that particular Ketsui cabinet, I don't do double plays much anymore...

More or less my "initials" for my online nick and, interestingly unintentional, the reverse of my real initials.

Yeah it can. MJP is my defauls, but 'FUK', 'PIS' 'and COK' have appeared on various tables after a shitty game. Course, if I was any good, I wouldn't be making it on the the high-scores after a shitty game at all

MIN[Z] lately. I forget what I used to do before I came up with this name.

Oh, that's right... NOT MAKE HIGH SCORE LISTS. :(
