It "has enough to keep even the most die-hard fan happy."
I should put a little bit of time into it - it's not THAT MUCH worse than 1942, and I didn't put enough time into it to notice any rank anyway.
Scoring, as I remember, "scoaar increes"es by one point when you blast away a wave. Highly unusual!
If anybody's interested, I could setup a highscore table for this game around the first of the month.

Also, I forgot to mention earlier that the game has two modes: OLD SKOOL (no prerendered backgrounds) and PSUEDO 3D (the prerendered backgrounds). This has very little to do with the gameplay, but isn't it rad
