Also, now you can turn ACCEL in ever mode.
INSANE
P.S. BWR was a good game, now it ROCK.

Some other changes include:
-Different color scheme (I like the old one better)
-Some new music tracks (the stage 3 one is pretty good).
The slowdown made it way too easy, tbh. I 1CC'ed hell on my second play, something which I could never have done in the old BWR. I scored like 38 mil points with Eden, if anyone cares
Also, the True last boss didn't show up. I had autoguard and accel off. I guess it will only appear with accel on
It's a pretty good game, but doesn't really add anything cool. I guess it's nice to use this as a training, as the slow-mo can make you learn how to dodge the patterns easier.
Anyway, for those who don't know what we're on about:

well I suppose I'll elaborate
the slowdown is incredibly choppy, doesn't transition very smoothly
it just jumps from like half speed to full speed immediately when leaving slowdown
the slowdown also makes bosses incredibly easy compared to the old version, even though there's extra bullets
also the bosses die before shooting off their more dangerous patterns now
and extends every 5M now gets you a shitload more extra lives
Basically the game's difficulty got dumbed down a lot.

indeed.
The game is build up on this:
ACCEL-Mode OFF: Playing for perfection
ACCEL-Mode ON: Playing for survival
Though heaven and orginal mode (with accel) still are 1cc'able at the first run.
Somehow i also think that the slowdowns can be more annoying than helpful, too, right because it immediately gets faster, without any fadeout.
Means you have to guess when the slowdown mode ends and position yourself as safe as possible, so you wont lose a shield in a sudden.
Even despite of the slowdowns the superboss is much harder.
Would someone mind to make a how to play vid of him?

Just tried it, and I definitely see what you mean. On regular BWR I can't quite 1cc original yet, but on BWR+ I blasted through it without ever dipping below 3 lives. The slowdown makes some of the difficult patterns really easy.
Hell, on the other hand, is still very tough even in BWR+ with all the slowdown, but it is still definitely easier than in regular BWR.
Aside from the slowdown, I hardly noticed any real changes though.
edit: HOLY CRAP I just tried accel. mode. If anyone is complaining about this game being easier or dumbed down, just play hell on accel mode.

Did they change the Hitboxes in this version? I swear I shouldn't be surviving this stuff. I also realize that they made when you guard and get shot hitboxes the same size making it easier. But beyond that they still seem even smaller still.
I did great so much water and milk that I threw up when I was little.
