HRAP replacement parts (i.e. bolts and things)

Post by EatenByGrues »

Does anyone know of a place to get replacement bolts for a HRAP or HRAP2?

The bolts in question are the ones which attach the top panel to the box. (the six silver ones on top).

I believe these are 9/32 carriage bolts.

Or if not an exact replacment anyway had any luck with using something a bit different?

Well I seem to have found some online at mikesarcade.com. It looks like they are very similar to the bolts used on the Ms. Pacman and Galaga machines. Hope this will work.

Wrong, they're metric of course, M5 size.

Well the bolts came in and while not the same size (they are quite a bit smaller, the head at least) they seem to work ok. If you are looking for something visually identical these aren't the ones, but they work alright.
