triforce naomi compatible?

Hardware Notes : Sega have made the Naomi GD-ROM drive compatible with the triforce as well, it is unknown if this will be used by Namco and other manufacturers as well.

what does this mean, GDrom games can be played on a triforce? or does it simply mean you can hook a gdrom drive up to it?

id aim to say its purely supporting the gdrom format, not the games from naomi/naomi2.
