It has to do with you because you acted as the middle man being a trusted person in the scene, if something goes wrong it rubs off on you and you knew that .
All that David did when questioned and caught on lies was trow smoke and mirrors, you yourself said that you thought he acted crazy .

I don't have probs with you and although you could come on strong I always liked how you outed scammers and actually helped people who got scammed in your own Dirty Harry way

What I don't get is this inconsistent attitude towards it.

One moment, it's no big deal...another moment it's crashing Nightmare Tony's online wake and posting threads like this one, which seem positively dripping with sweat behind the cool facade. "Do you like me yet?"

I forget which way the Great Gatsby says it goes - are there or aren't there second acts in American lives? But unfortunately we never seem to get past the first.

I just would like all the supposed problems and interests to be cleared up, but I don't see it happening.

I've seen it posted at n-g that he was, and I've had a PM from someone I trust the judgement and honesty of over there saying the same.

Normally I would delete this thread and deal with TonK directly, however this one is so much in the public eye it's in the public interest to simply write it where people can read it.

TonK, before all this happened you were pretty much acting like the trade police (drawing complaints from time to time I might add), and then you make what I'd consider to be an epic error in judgement getting mixed up in it all, for the sake of money as far as I can tell. Then you announce your return with this thread, full of nonchalance in the topic title alone.

You can stay, try to rebuild your rep, but it will be from square one - trading history will be deleted. I don't want to see any heavy handed policing of other people's threads, if something is bad report it like anyone else should. If I see anything I don't like, or if I find there genuinely was some ill intent behind the drama, that'll be the end of it.

neo-geo.com and shmups.com community is small not the gaming community. The people who live on the boards and drive prices up are the reasons this hobby sucks and attracts the scum it does. to the assholes who got scammed on a 30k neo geo game they deserve it for dropping that kind of coin on a game they could of bought for a fraction of the price.

I THINK THE whole thing just wreaks of ass. NOW move on and let TONK live his life he did nothing maliciously and the transaction was made hand to hand. At this point it is all old news and over with.
