I need to make a major change to my Stage 2 run if I'm going to do that any time soon, I can't milk the nanabushes very consistently at all.

Finally, a score that's actually high enough for this board.

CIV~506,113,642~ALL (Lx2)~Arrange.

So, I started playing this game at home.

Ultra/rapidfire: moozooh — 3,914,420 — 2 — PS2 — A+12/C+2.

Died just before the boss with full bomb stock. I might just be able to see stage 3 if I keep up at it!

[EDIT]

Ultra/rapidfire: moozooh — 4,700,000 — 2 (boss) — PS2 — A+12/C+2.

Failed to pause the game in time to read my score past the first two digits. This time I depleted my entire bomb stock.

Arrange: moozooh — 116,386,258 — 5 (boss) — PS2.

No-missed to stage 4 midboss, got killed by the TLB's last attack. Also, my right thumb hurts really bad. >_<
Too bad the score doesn't qualify, but still is a new personal milestone.

[EDIT]

Maniac/rapidfire: moozooh — 24,740,659 — 4 — PS2 — A+12/C+2.

My first credit. I officially don't like the scoring system.

[EDIT]

Maniac/rapidfire: moozooh — 40,781,367 — 4 — PS2 — A+12/C+2.

Second credit went better, although I misconfigured the rapidfire settings in a way that I had to play without focused fire. :o
Also, died twice in an attempt to get that stage 3 1up. :D

I know the pattern for this part is fairly simple, but it took me a lot of attempts to finally be able to get that 1up consistently.

Well, I usually do this using one bomb just fine, but this time it didn't work as planned because I couldn't fire focused.

Maniac, no rapid.
Aquas - 130,001,404 - Stage 5 - PS2

Yaaaaaaay! Still no 1cc yet though, any run now... Stage 5 was really intense with no lives remaining going into it. Got about halfway through it. Also got pretty lucky and carried some of the counter from the mid-boss of St. 4. I died trying to get the 1up from the St. 3 boss as well. :D Progress!

Well I probably wouldn't post this if I wouldn't be jumping up a rank in the board, but here it is! Take that, Ravid! I am improving a lot and playing about as much as I can handle lately. The ALL will be mine very soon :)

Maniac, no rapid.

That's right! My first Cave 1cc... *tear* Pretty funny run. I accidentally grabbed the Trace options at the St. 2 boss and I was like "God damn!" Then I debated with myself whether I should just restart the stage because I abandoned practicing St. 3 with Trace. But what I did is I just followed my regular formation route for St. 3 and somehow No-Missed it AND maintained an above average chain. Wow! So at the end of st. 3 I noticed I had a ton of lives from not dying at all... and lo and behold, the 1cc became mine. Bombed a shit load in St 5 heh.

YES! It feels gooooood! :D

Hey, congratulations, man.

I've had that very same thing happen to me in stage 3 once with trace. Kind of strange, however, there actually are very lucrative trace paths through 3. So, did you have any bombs/lives in stock when you got the clear? Regardless, it's a great accomplishment. Mushi Maniac is no joke.

Aquas - 219,067,967 - ALL (lx 0) - PS2

Well, according to my high score chart I actually have a stage 5 score at 229 million, I thought I screwed up that run. But uh, I don't remember getting that really... I thought I used some restarts on that run. And doesn't it stop you from putting in your initials if you use restart? I thought... But, I also ALL'd it with 10 million less than that. So I'll go ahead and submit this score since it beats AST-LUN anyway.

Stage 5 big chain after mid-boss is fucking awesome times, I think that portion of the stage brings my st. 5 points to about 80 million! Right now, I typically get 4.8mil on St. 1, and about 25ish on St. 2. I've been able to get up to a 100million on St. 3 but not too sure what I'm getting on St. 4 at the moment, but it's a decent chunk.

It seems on a good run I usually screw up St. 3 but get the big chains on St. 4 and 5. If I have an ideal run at my skill level I could be scoring about 260mil, perhaps. I would like to get in the top 10.
