Outta curiosity, what are those logos "for," if anything specific? The latter set in particular could be a doujin shmup's title screen, heh heh.

They are clan logos for a physics based fighting game, Toribash.

Doing graphics related to shmups would be fun tho :)

You could make new shmups logo in similar style.

I'll give it a try. But I usually dont like doing stuff I might actually care about  and I cant do any pixel art. I think the current logo is fine by itself.

OK, this tune rocks. Only think that i dislike are those voices. Rest is nearly perfect. And cheesiness is what makes happy hardcore so awesome

i would have preferred to do a female voice for it, but since it's a lovesong to my girlfriend, it wouldn't have made much sense :)

I'm an cartoonist in my spare time (I've been doing it since I was a wee mite.)

Here's a link to my deviantart page - it's a bit empty, but I'm a lazy bum to upload much over the years.

http://potatostudio.deviantart.com/

I worked as lead designer for a Nintendo Gameboy company in London when I was 21 yrs old, and did all the graphics and conceptual art for a role playing game.
Alas, the Gameboy Color died and with it, so did the company - but it was great for a while.

That's my creative two-bits.

EDIT: The address has changed slightly now, I think DA updated something. Post in the one that works!

It's probably a good idea for me to point out that

Skykid's DA gallery is NSFW.

So, your work from the game company are those b&w comics?

Those sketches are lovely manatworks.

I write for a living everyday, but as a journalist it barely makes me creative!

I used to do a bit of creative writing, but I'm always embarrassed to admit it and show it to people. I really should have another go...

I have written a big-ass Gothic-scifi-police-porn-thriller called Bloodstreets, but it'll be a pain in the ass to translate it to English...

I've got to chime in with previous posters, that was so cool. Reminded me of Jan Švankmajer's stop-motion animation.

A local IT company emailed me, looking for some "creative web UI" samples, so I put together and sent him this along with some other, older design samples I had. I needs money, so I hope they like this.

indstr, that song is VERY cool!

Also, I'm lazy, buuut.... here's my DeviantART: http://icecoffin.deviantart.com

I have a ton of stuff to do that I should be working on/uploading, but since I also naturally draw a bunch of stuff all the time, that means... I have way too much to scan right now. ;_;

I need to get back to work on my (silly?) Gradius gijinka picture.

Nice work there manatworks, good luck back at school. I hope to get there with digital painting someday, I'm quite a noob in that area still.

Hmm, I hadn't realized how little of my stuff I've scanned, need to get on that soon. I do have some pictures and test renders I've done for class recently though, so here goes.
