95% of anime that's actually worth watching isn't on the "scene" radar anyway. And it's mostly just highschool kids, so just consider it a phase they're going through.

This might be off-topic but I might as well since it's Toronto-based.
Anyone recommend a good (+fancy) restaurant to eat at? My birthday is coming up on Sunday and I want to find a good place to go.

go to the restaurant in the CNTower.....foods pretty good and the view is awesome....especially at sunset...its cool....the restaurant wraps around the whole top of the tower and it slowly revolves around, so you can see the entire city

although im not sure if you can just show up or they only do booked events....ive only ever been there for work parties

we are going to be battling the swede's again...this time its gonna be a futari ultra competition....

basically we just take a pic of the scoreboard at the end of the day and add up the scores....team with the highest overall number wins

should be fun, but obviously i need some help, so if everybody shows up we can give them a run for there money

My friend treated me to Japanese all-you-can-eat all the way up in Richmond Hill. I've never seen such extremely fast service for a place that's overly crowded (read: REALLY long lineup, all employees were rushing, etc.) so it was really something.
