Of course you need the disc. Otherwise people could just borrow or hire games out, install them and return them.

This never crossed your mind at all?

Elixir: yeah, wasnt thinking properly. However, the main problem was that I cant remove the installed game from the harddrive. I guess the HD might have gotten broken or something.

Zaarock wrote:Hmm, I'm having a bit of a problem. After clearing up some space from my hard drive I decided to install futari on it.. the installation seemed to complete just fine, but the game still wont run without the disc. I checked the hard drive and there it is, using 815mb of the hard drive. When I try to delete it it says "There was a problem performing that action". If i try to delete it through the game library the menu just goes back and the game disappears until i return to the library (if i dont have the disc inside). If i try to reinstall it on hard drive when it thinks its gone it says the disc is scratched. So i have a useless 815mb filling my harddrive, any idea on how to fix it or remove the data?

edit: doh, is it supposed to require the disc? Still, the file should be removable.

Yeah, you didn't really think you could play it without the disc did you? If that were the case you could just rent a game, install it and return it. Thats a pipe dream, even though my HD couldn't hold much anyway. You think 815Mb is bad? is that all this takes, I will be pleased with that. As of now Forza 3 is taking up a whopping 8.5 Gigs on my HD. BUT yes, the file should be removable, make sure you go to system memory... well there isn't any other way is there?

Playing Black Label score attack on normal difficulty. When I die and enter my initials it gives me the yes/no prompt which I assume is do I want to submit my score to the leaderboards. I hit yes, and it gives me a message with more kanji than I care to translate and boots me out to the main menu.

Is said message something along the lines of "your score isn't even good enough to submit?" I didn't have any trouble submitting my score in 1.5

It also restricts your options if I recall correctly, so you can't set your number of lives or bombs per life.

It doesn't beat your previously uploaded score.

Does anybody know where I can find a cover scan of this game? Console-covers.com is a good site for them but hasn't got one for Mushi Futari (probably due to it being a little more obscure than your average 360 game).

Square King wrote:So Black Label is currently available? Do I need to load my Japanese account to get it? When I choose to download it in-game on my US account, BL isn't available to download.
You can buy it from any region Live account, but if you're not using a Japanese account you have to do it in a roundabout way. Easiest way is to open the mini-dashboard while running the game and scroll left to the tab that shows the featured download, and you should see "Mushihimesama-hutari-Black-lavel" or something like that.

Do you guys think that there's any possibility that CAVE would offer an English Translation DLC?

Thanks StarCreator for the BL info.

Nothing to complain about that imo. Cave wanted to attract non-hardcore shmup players and this shows they succeeded. So hopefully this means more sales -> bright future for Cave and shmup games :)

Like Square King, I'm noob when it comes to shmups, so beating the game on any difficulty will make me feel good. I'm up to 14 days though now on PA air economy mail. Probably be at least next week too since Christmas is this week.

You know, when everyone was ordering their PA stuff slow mail, and hoping it would be in "sometime next week", I was sad inside.

Next time ya know!

Lol. What do you mean? Like you were thinking, "these poor sapps don't know what the hell they are doing!"

I know I'll never do air economy again. The price was just so cheap and... deceiving.

Yeah, because just a while back, I ordered an item that almost took one month to come in. If you order EMS from them, it's quick, but otherwise, it can be anywhere from a week and a half to a month.

OT: Nice avatar, evil ash zero. Miracleman is probably my favorite comic ever, next to Berserk and Watchmen. Wish I had the Olympus trade paperback that your avatar is from, but it costs a mint.

As you may know, Marvel now has the rights to it(finally), and are going to put the whole thing in trade again.
Alan's run was amazing. I couldn't get into Neil's story, although Sandman was unbelievable.

I know no one cares about Shipping anymore but to whoever said " Prepare to get raped!" I ordered my copy two days ago, and its already in my home state, should be there tomorrow. Unfortunately I wont be there to get it. So all in all, it shipped really fast.. then again, I paid $16 for shipping.

With the slowest shipping mine arrived in California in two weeks.

Just got it. 14 days exactly to ship to San Jose, CA. No DLC card. :( Oh wells. Air economy FTL!!! Sounds like you had to pre-order or order it the first day of availability to get that damn card.

This is getting ridiculous. If you want to talk about shipping services, get a twitter account. Nobody cares. Talk about the game already.
