Thanks for the info guys! Unfortunately, I cannot come down this weekend, as my girlfriend and I have plans this Saturday, but I will keep this in mind for whenever I have free time. I'm just glad there are dedicated shmuppers willing to meet up and chill + play here in Toronto! :D

Nice! I'm willing to play anyone in Killer Instinct money matches (arcade or SNES), incase he has it and anyone is up to the challenge. 8)

..however, I suck at puzzle games. :(

Anyway, I'll consider coming along sometime, heh.

Ah, that's cool. I don't really have much experience with puzzle games other than Tetris rofl, so don't expect much outta me. I'm not that bad at 3rd Strike, though. I never even heard of Rivan Schools.

Meh, KI isn't too popular nowadays.. people still play the SNES version online via zbattle.net, but outside of that, the general KI scene is quite limited. I retired from playing it anyway, was just curious if you had it and anyone wanted their ass kicked in it. XD

..and I used to play money matches on fighting games a few years ago, it's not that uncommon for people to do so.

I'll PM you sometime if I manage to find a free Saturday. I am also looking forward to seeing how verticals are supposed to be, in person. I haven't played any non-emulated arcade shmups (or on a vertical screen for that matter) in like... 10 years, so it should be refreshing.
