The pre-order pages didn't go up *that* long ago. I suspect some of it is sites offering the super LE with severely conservative estimates on how much stock they will be able to procure, so as to avoid the situation where customers are left disappointed through receiving an email telling them that their SLE version couldn't be obtained.manaka wrote:Yeah, Cave said Akai was their last game ever for 360 yet here we are.
On another note, really hoping the Super LEs aren't sold out, but the pages aren't being updated... how could amazon.co.jp/Yes-Asia/Play-Asia/amiami/etc sell out within hours
There is no commercial logic in the SLE being literally "super limited". CAVE will print enough and (then some) as they have done with every other limited edition. They are basically grades of release rather than limited in the sense of printing scarcity.
Hopefully everyone can get the version they want though. I'm going for Bog-standard limited because that's what I do. I don't really understand whether the packaging for this one will be similar to other limiteds.. what with them talking about a steelbook and the B6 artbook. I'm pessimistically expecting that this means it won't be the sort-of "double-width" DVD box package that most of CAVE's LE's are. I assume it'll all be crammed into a DVD-size steelbook.
