I have a J360 and an JBXL account. I added funds using a European website that added international funds to my J-Account. I was able to purchase/download DS MBL 1.1 through JXBL just fine, even though I live in the US. I still have a decent chunk of the original funds still on my JXBL account, so I'm going to see tomorrow if I can buy and DL MMP/PS. I'll let ya'll know.
