Seems he's learned raging just ends up getting himself banned ..

Just straight up denial that he did anything wrong. No apology. No removal of the other fake sites that are still up.

He probably thinks that copyright only applies in the country the person who made it lives or something.

That is unfortunatly kinda true, since there is very little chance of some countries giving a fuck about copyright issues. Such as China or Russia for example. And you would probably have a pretty hard time suing someone in Thailand for copyright infringement as well.

Done. Hope at the very least this channel will become unpopular deadweight that nobody visits as a result if it isn't taken down.

Left a comment. This thread has been entertaining to lurk so it was the least I could do.

He's got a new DA, so this is his new schtick. Taking other people's designs, redrawing them and modifying it slightly. He's only gotten slimier about his copying ..

I can't help but chuckle at the fact that his "modifications" are nothing more than MS paint scribbles.

I'd like to meet a toddler who could draw that well. That's at least upper grade school level.

That aside, this is total BS. He's done nothing that's original and creative. Given this fact, he's probably going to end up making it big and developing some huge shitty AAA ripoff. Right before Bandai, Namco, and 20th Century Fox studios notice and he loses everything.

Seriously, though. I find it hard to imagine a person doing this? Can we seriously call these "creations" the works of a fellow human being?

He just loves to keep posting stuff for me to Google, doesn't he.

A quick Google search for "Waldementer" turned this up on the Roblox website.

Try reading the comments. It seems he's been at this gig for a loooooooong time.

Read the whole thread, genius. He's done a lot more than just copy some designs on DA. I spent days filing reports and talking with website owners trying to get the absurd number of fake sites and downloads he put up removed.

If I hadn't done something, he'd still be out there putting up fake websites everywhere. Who knows where it would have ended?

I still have copies of the butchered versions of our games with his fake name plastered all over it, and all of our names removed.

ah, I read all the posts. I come from comics, I faced plagiarists of all species. Unfortunately, the Internet facilitates these harmful practices, but I believe that, as in the comics, there must be some legal way to solve the problem. I believe it is possible to take legal action without having to get pain-to-head.

I still don't think you understand, this is not just about plagirism. It's impersonation as well. It would be like if someone not only copied someone's work but pretended to be them as well.

The cosmic humor of the situation is lost. Now the question is if it's closer to "sad" or "disturbing."

Quite typical of someone like him to try and turn the situation around in his favor when he has like 2+ years' worth of hard evidence against his antics.

The list of sites that blocked him is hilarious.

Guess who's on that list? That's right, it's me. This guy was pestering me and leaving annoying comments on my Youtube channel and videos years ago, which means he was pestering me AT THE SAME TIME that he was putting up all those fake sites behind my back (Some of the fake sites go as far back as 2012). Just unbelivable.

It sorely troubles me that I can't fly this young man over to the London to pick up an award for me, would be a heart warming "life lesson" watching him try explain how he came up with my music :D

If he was in the UK I would, not a doubt.

lol, wtf was all that? I'm guessing (or at least hoping) that he has some severe ADHD or something, otherwise he's just a hopeless excuse for a human being.

I noticed a lot of his deviantart stuff have Roblox users on them. I always knew Roblox was an unnecessary existence. I'm thinking that it factors into all this somehow. Since only children use Roblox, they're all gushing over this "game developer" and asking him to make them stuff.

edit: if there's anything I can do, I'd be happy to help.

At this point, there's really not much left to be done but monitor him and see what he does. That, and clean up the rest of the crap he's put up .. I'm sure there's stuff still out there. He was doing this for years.

Looked up GMOSSE via Google search for shits and giggles today and found this video.
You are a test pilot flying the BaradukeX Prototype Space Crafters for the GMOSSE Fortress Quizar fleet. Do you have what it takes to seek out and destroy the DAEL WPS-9001X, and conquer the Alien Creatures X-Type 20XX Armada fleet?

Developed by the animation creators of the original hit films "Masuyo Rebooted: The Generation of Baraduke"

GMOSSE is the first Animated film in the series. In Baraduke X GMOSSE, Masuyo discovers that his place, with which he intended to impress Takky , is actually Paccets, an cyborg GMOSSE robot weaponly from the planet Earth. He finds out upon meeting the GMOSSE warriors of Game Maker Future, the GMOSSE Team, led by their our main superhero Xonochrome, that, after the destruction of their planet homeworld Game Maker, its life-source, a legendary cube, called the All Cubes Spark, crash-landed on world, several million years ago. However, the DAEL-WPS-901C and their evil leader Xenochrome (Dark Version) plan to use the power of the All Cubes Spark to transform human technology into a new army of DREAL-WPS-2018, and take over the universe. In an agreement, the GMOSSE Team decide to destroy the All Cubes Spark, in order to save the world and Humanity.
