I guess my issue here is that the mismanagement of resources goes back before the human population was so out of control. At this point they are inseparable, but at this point virtually every issue is inseparable from human population. Almost every problem is made better by less people. The issue here however is that the problem with Tuna was going on with other species in the 1700's and earlier.
