No, "useless information" would be discussing region-locking material in this thread. Pointing you to the correct thread in which to post in is obviously not useless information.

Anyways.
I have my fingers crossed for a few things. 1) This comes to America with Black label on the same disc eventually 2) If there is an option to turn off the combo counter or make it smaller. I think I've said this before- but it looks to take up a bunch of real estate on the screen.
Other than that- the game is looking great. Pretty juiced about it so far. Feels weird to have a console DDP after so long.
I'm kinda pissed it got announced, now way less people can complain about iPhone having it already. I suppose I can still taunt people with bragging about how great it looks on the iPad though

I think it gives a nice balance for things. The PCB guys can look down their noses at the 360 port guys, for playing these shoddy ports. The 360 port guys can look down on the lowly iPhone players for wasting sandwich money on such an awful touch-screen game. The iPhone guys can laugh at the PCB and 360 port guys for wasting so much money on something a phone can handle.

the pcb and 360 port guys can laugh right back for wasting so much money on a phone

Hardly. iPhone 3GS is easily obtainable for about $150 which is WAY cheaper than a PCB, cheaper than a 360 and about the same price as DFK limited edition, plus iPhone is basically a mini computer, not just a stupid cell phone, and a better value than all of those other things except 360, with how much you get out of it.
Damn Tim, you know there are quite a few Americans out there who still lives in tents due to this shitty economy, and you're dropping loads on a single game which only last 20 min. Do you think it's fair? How much did you spend this time?

So what are the 4 points counted off on the game page? I'm guessing 3&4 are the Arrange OST and Ver 1.51. What about the others? Two arrange modes and ?

I photoshopped the box art out of the main page, and added it to the original post. The arrange disc (for the LE) is done by Kouta Takahashi and Kenji Ito.

1. Two arrange modes
2. High definition graphics
3. Arrange disc for the Limited Edition
4. Both versions come with a first print special DLC card
Oh wow... the arranged mode (modes) actually look interesting from that video.... new bullet patterns. For once I think I like the limited editions cover more.

Thanks.

Agreed on the LE cover. Especially since the SE cover looks like poorly photoshopped garbage.
Also rather intrigued by the arrange modes. Specifically curious about the one that has all the score numbers on the right.

Any word as to how the layout of the Limited Edition is going to be?
Are we going to get the Futari & DeathSmiles IIX deal....or the original DeathSmiles LE cardboard box thingy....or the ugly Ketsui plastic cover with 2 DVD boxes thing?
Yeah I know....so very descriptive. Everyone who got the Limited Editions knows what I'm talking about

I'd be willing to bet on a fold open, DSIIx style box. First off Cave is publishing (pretty much rules out the 5PB Ketsui box) and that style worked really well for Futari and DSIIx. I expect it's their new standard.

God that PV makes me want to jerk off UGHHHHH. Can't wait. I'm so glad they used the Dai-ondo song for the first part of the PV, its probably my favorite CAVE image song to date. That is seriously the most intense and fucking cool PV ever. Any shmup fan who watches that video and doesn't want to buy this should just hang up their hat right now.
Didn't Mushihimesama Futari come out on November 25 of last year? I remember making the fatal mistake of purchasing the cheapest shipping option when I ordered it from Play-Asia, thinking I could save like $10. In the end, it took over 4 weeks to reach me (in Canada) and I never even got to play it over Christmas Break. It was January by the time it arrived
Half way through waiting I almost decided to order a second copy from NCSX (who I should have just purchased it from in the beginning) and paying for overnight shipping just so I could play it...
