That's kind of what I was getting at. The sentiment is right, but seeing as people aren't willing to give the details that the original poster was asking (i.e actual names and other details) its made the list completely fallible.DMC wrote:can't you just make up names?

If you guys can't see that I'm surprised.

Re: Cave's petition for release of Region-free games
Still worth doing just in case. It takes minimal effort after all.
1) They might reprint it, although this is less likely if it's region coded as fewer will be sold...
2) It might affect future titles.

You forgot
3)We might wake up tomorrow in an alternate dimension where unsolicited internet petitions consisting of ~100 random "signatures" actually work.
Futari's sales spoke 1 million times louder than any online petition will.

Same arguments people always come out with about online petitions and so on, I thought they were going to write it all out and send it to Cave?EOJ wrote:@bloodflowers:

Regardless - doing nothing and just 'telling it like it is' will most certainly achieve nothing. Sending it cannot possibly make the situation worse, therefore - it makes sense to type out the 10-20 characters and hit send.

Re: Cave's petition for release of Region-free games
I thought of something, sending 100 signatures might even be a bad idea, they might take a look at it. And go, only a hundred.... lame... and our intentions would work against us. The biggest determinant will be the futari sales, want to show your support? Buy that game regardless if you want to or not. I got mine.

Gunna sign up, although I'm on the wishing for ps3 releases side more. But yeah, region coding is worthless and should be stopped anyways.
