Haven't played enough of Galuda to rank it.

I wanted to put Dangun at top, that was the game that I downloaded MAME for, and I love the graphics in it more than any other not-Progear Cave game, but DDP and DOJ are more fun.

Well, I kinda like all of them, and the Mushi(Xenu) thing is just a joke. But yeah, I like DonPachi a little more than Mushi. Mushi just didn't do it for me. However, some of that could be due to it's terrible port that was the only way I could play it.
