Oh my... How come I never stumbled upon that thing before?
Now, I may be the wrong person to judge since I only had a little "sneak-peak" at Ketsui a few years ago, but that review sounds just silly to me.

If I'm going to band together with my fellow shmupers, I'll do so over Ketsui.
Yup, game of the century for sure. Too bad mine's at gunbird18's right now. All this Ketsui talk has got me wanting to play it...

we'll have to keep it KDF members only
another great resource for ketsui information is of course gaijinpunch's
website . and particularly the translated interviews with the players from the Ketsui dvd - SYO and futobishi:
http://www.gamengai.com/bn_inf.php?type ... d=1378&p=5
(continues on page 6)
and it's something that really sticks in my mind when people discuss how and why the japanese players have such phenomenally high scores, to see that it really is just a case of practice. dedicating yourself to a single game, practicing 1-4 hours every day, must take a lot of patience and determination

Ketsui definitely deserves being in the Top 25. In fact, it is definitely much better than Dodonpachi, so I don't have a clue what the fuck DDP is still doing up there with Ketsui absent.

they should just let people vote for games they havent played
i guess i should vote in that thing ,huh?
but that means i have to think of 25 shmups, and cave doesnt have that many games
can i just vote ketsui number 1 and be done with it?

yes you should vote!
and no, you can't just vote for ketsui, but you can give more preference to certain games. read the relevant threads, and check out my vote on the first page of the voting thread to give you an idea

] on the end of ikaruga.....
