It's not a shmup, but it's as hard as some of them. I've 1cc'd Metal Slug 3. I felt a real sense of accomplishment once it was all said and done. That game took a lot of practice, now I guess it's on to doing a 1cc on a shooter.

Well, it may not be much comparatively speaking, but I'm DAMN proud of it. 1cc'ed Ikaruga tonight, only got 20.1M though =) It was my first 1cc (aside from Contra, and Snake Rattle N' Roll if you count those, even though the later is very non-shooter, I'm still proud of it). Oh yeah, and Alien Hominid, but that game is very liberal with the extra lives. I think I 1cc'ed it with around 11 deaths or so? Something like that.
