I even disliked the SFX. I wish they could get someone talented to do a Black Label for them. The graphics are really great and there are some badass moments, like when the second boss appears (you think) only to be pushed aside by an even bigger boss. With a better sound canvas, fun bullet patterns and scoring I'd gladly re-buy this.

Any thing obvious that I'm doing wrong, can't buy from Xbox either
In uk with pal 360 also tried purchasing point's via Xbox.com no go either.

Go into the "My Account" page and then "Manage Payment Options." You need to add billing information (which can all be fake) first.

I personally haven't tried the DLC, but I've heard good things about Version B. You need a JP account to pick up the DLC though.

Version B is worse than Version A by an incomprehensible amount. My dog 2-ALL'd Version B.

Caravan was worth the purchase, Ver.B was not (unless you're just after completing the achievements)

You can buy JP points through forum member rancor or through Play-asia (make sure to get Japanese points, not Asian points). Also any Microsoft points earned through Bing rewards (referral link) are region-free and the codes can be redeemed on any region XBL account.

Thanks but go into manage payment option all I get is either PayPal or credit card options no where to enter any fake address.
If I go Into billing contact information I can enter an address there which I have which I think is correct.
I used my PayPal account which I've had for years as payment but always fails with can't be completed at this time please try again.

I'm sure that it something simple but I'm missing it

Just thought that I'd update after 2 days head scratching, it turned out it was my iPad that wouldnt let me complete purchase.
My laptop can't connect to Xbox.com I get some weird page so had to google chrome then it worked instantly lol.

Also not sure if it helped but only had 87p in PayPal funds so added £15 to make sure there was enough as I read that u need enough funds to buy anything from live via PayPal not sure if that's true.

One last thing can I download the dlc form the jap store and then use it on the hk version all from my main uk account.

Yes. You can use the DLC using any gamertag on that console.

Ok, got it sorted. I had to set everything up and make the purchase on my pc.

yeah i had the same, created the account fine on the xbox but adding address/paypal and making the purchase both failed on the xbox but worked fine on the pc.

I downloaded both DLC for Bullet Soul but the game keeps freezing up when I hit Start the game. It just gets stuck on a white screen, I can't even dashboard. Any Suggestions on how I can fix this problem?

I've cleared the cache, deleted and redownloaded the DLC packs, the disc is completely scratchless and all my other games work fine. I'm just completely at a loss as to what is causing this or how to fix it.

Have you got the full game installed to the hard drive? If so, it might be worth deleting it off and trying again, maybe trying running from the disc alone first.

Yeah, but if you don't know how the score system works and just start playing for the first time, you'll be extremely confused by the ridiculous amount of cancelling and ease. From a survival standpoint the game is extremely simple. I do need to try and play for score though as I tend to like point-blank mechanics.

I just checked the leaderboards for Version B, which is my preferred mode as the bosses seem to go down quicker and the patterns make more of an attempt to appear interesting. I pushed my score to 568,333,460 with the police chick and that involves a fair bit of pointblanking.

I'm still trying to work out exactly what makes the multiplier gauge skyrocket; is it the options or the ship aura or what? Theres definitely some sweet spots in the stages, like the upper left corner in stage 1 when the road appears, and sitting on top of the green things that spawn out of the big red quad in stage 2.

Of course, Version B hands out the extends like candy, but that makes it more enjoyable to score big in the second loop IMO

Dumb question: how do you get your score to appear in the online leaderboards?

I press A all the time after the credit is over and all I get is the replay save function, the score refuses to be updated....
