It's the pilot's blood. DOJ cover does the same thing. Saya carrying Hibachi is probably also a nod to DOJ EX's cover with Shotia holding Piper.

I'm not sure if that was intended as a rhetorical question but there's artwork of the bosses in the booklet that came with the SDOJ / Maximum OST.

Amen. Pork is the worst, though I suppose the near constant squealing does fit the theme of the game. It give me a headache real quick.

I'm just happy there aren't huge pics of the girls plastered over the actual gameplay (see Caladrius thread).
